Youth help portal — privacy addendum

These portal pages collect no personal data. Talk is not a counselling line.

No personal data on these static pages

The Youth help (0–24) pages under /system/ are static HTML. They do not include an intake form. They are not designed to collect names, addresses, dates of birth, school names, case numbers, or DCJ file numbers. portal-meta.json records collectsPersonalData: false.

The same device-local storage described in the general privacy notice (reading prefs, consent, optional book unlocks) may still exist if you use other parts of The Fulcrum. The portal itself does not add a child file, a case record, or a reporting pipeline.

Do not paste identifying information about a child into Talk / AI Chat

Talk is an outline tutor for the book. Talk is not a counselling line. Do not paste a child’s name, address, school, case number, DCJ file number, health record, or photos into Talk, Listen, or Speak. If you need to talk to a person about safety, use Kids Helpline 1800 55 1800, Lifeline 13 11 14, 13YARN 13 92 76, headspace, or 000 in an emergency.

See AI disclosure.

No analytics of individuals on the portal

Optional JSON loaders on the portal fetch public research files if they exist. They do not identify readers. The default site still has no Google Analytics and no third-party ad trackers. See Cookies and Security.
