Hierarchical Numbers (H0–H9)
These numbers are not a ranking of persons. Superior, here, means still standing after you connect, convert, transform, or transmit.
Complexity that cannot be derived down to a simple answer—allegory you can walk, etymology you can check—does not enter the catalog. A number that is only pretty is not in the catalog either.

You will meet the ladder again when Part IV gathers synthesis under MUIST and when Part III states Infinite Structural Equilibrium in public form. For now, know that the ladder exists so connections stay namable—and so no one mistakes a tool for a scoreboard.
H0 is the quietest rung and the strongest: what does not change when everything else leans. The jacket’s seven words sit there. So does the 1% hold. So does the brass V waiting in the flood.
